With the ease with which Buyers can now find a home online, our Firm’s Clients do not feel that they need a real estate agent in order to purchase a home.  They do, however, want the comfort of having an experienced real estate attorney representing them in the home buying process.  We provide our Firm’s Clients with all the tools they need to make an offer, win a fully binding contract and perform their own due diligence as they move forward to the eventual Closing on their home.  As a further benefit, our Firm’s Clients will no longer be forced to use Agent Contract Forms that have been created and have evolved mainly to protect Sellers and Real Estate Agents.

Use a showing service, not a buyer's and seller's (listing) agent, to tour your home. We recommend a showing service like Showami.

Sign Engagement Letter

Once you've found a home and are ready to work with your attorney, we will send over an engagement letter for your e-signature, you pay our refundable retainer, and then schedule an initial phone conversation to walk you through the whole process.

Make an offer on your home

Your attorney will work with you to make an offer on the home. We will draft your custom contract including any counter offers and amendments. We will also handle the presentation of any offers (contracts) and all negotions on your behalf.

Due Diligence

Once your offer is accepted, we will provide you with resources you may need during your due diligence process. This will include inspections, appraisals, etc. and we will recommend other vendors that may be needed during this contract period. Rest easy knowing we are there for you if your contract needs amending.
